• Terri Prichard, the owner and founder of Prichard Safety & Health, brings 25 years of school safety experience to every

   project. Terri began working as a chemist and moved in to education in 1981. She has worked as both a Certificated and

   Classified employee at a Community College and now, working on the business side of schools — has seen it all.

 

• Terri is trained as a chemist and started out in the field working to develop and implement HAZCOM training and perform

   incident and Hazardous Materials Spill Response training including HAZWOPER.

 

• Nina Palarca has been with Prichard Safety and Health for over a year and came to us from a County Office of Education and

  a decade of service in the U.S. Air Force.

 

• Ellen Kraft Ellen is the administrative assistant for PSH and has worked in school risk management

  for 18 years — she’s a miracle worker! Ellen assists all PSH staff in the completion of a wide variety of client projects.

 

• PHS staff are Certified Playground Safety Inspectors and have developed Playground Supervision Plans as well as

  a Train-the- Trainer system for entities to implement a site specific plan.

 

• Other certifications held by PHS staff include EPA Pesticide Use/Application Training, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention

  Training (CPI), PIT Operator Trainer, IEQ, Radon Sampling, Certified Environmental Trainer, and more.
